Teed and the Antiques Roadshow

One of my wife’s, and definitely her mom Teed’s, favorite shows to watch on television is the Antiques Roadshow that is on PBS. While I don’t watch it much, it is interesting to see how much they appraise items for that people bring in that I would consider having no other value except as a memory or keepsake. Teed and her husband Hugh, have collected many beautiful items over the years of working and living abroad, from the Middle East, to India, to Europe. While the show was in San Diego, she took a set of three books in for their appraisal. After looking at them they asked if she wouldn’t mind shooting a segment for the show. They aired the segment on January 24, 2011, and she is right at the beginning, 4:40 into the show, so you won’t have to watch the whole show to see her. I was amazed! You can watch the segment below.
