Happy 4th of July Weekend
I just want to wish everyone, far and near, a Happy and Safe Fourth of July weekend this year. I have always enjoyed this holiday celebrating the United States of America’s Declaration of Independence, plus all of the things associated with it; fireworks, cookouts, bands playing, flags waving, watermelon and ice cream to name a few. However this year finds Texas, and many parts of the southwest, under a drought and a severe fire-warning limiting the places one can enjoy the celebration.
