I have been remiss about updating my blog lately, so in the next few days I hope to remedy that problem with some new posts sharing some experiences since last Christmas. I thought I would start out with Dog Beach, which is a leash free area to run your dog on the shore of the Pacific Ocean just north of San Diego. Jack and Kim went up the hill, To ski at Mary Jane. When Kim fell down, Jack skied around, And asked her to walk the wedding lane. OK,OK, my poetry is lame, but my lovely niece did call me that day and told me that Jack proposed to her on the slopes at Mary Jane. I thought that was very romantic. On Saturday the 24th of July, I had the pleasure of participating, for my first time, in Scott Kelby’s 3rd Annual World Wide Photo Walk. They had 1,110 groups and over 33,000 participants taking photos that day all around the world, pretty amazing. Our group had over 40 photographers and met at the Starbuck’s on the Kemah Boardwalk, in Kemah, Texas at 7:15 PM. Our walk organizer was Trudy LeDoux, and she did a great job leading our group.
